What information is collected
This website has no accounts, no login, no basket and no checkout. Information reaches the company in only two ways.
Information you type into a form
The wholesale supply enquiry form and the contact form ask for your name, email address, business or trading name, and details of your requirement. Phone number and website are optional. Fields covering buyer type, product category, intended use, quantities, timing, documentation expectations, warranty expectations and delivery or collection preference exist so an enquiry can be answered accurately.
Where no server-side form handler is configured, submitting a form opens a pre-filled message in your own email client for you to review and send. In that case nothing is transmitted from the web page itself, and the information reaches the company only when you choose to send that email.
Information in an email you send
If you email the company directly, the message and anything attached to it is received and stored in the company's email account.
What is deliberately not collected
Please do not send the following through the forms on this website. If sensitive material of this kind is received it will be deleted rather than retained, and you will be asked to discuss the detail directly instead.

How wholesale supply enquiries are used
Information you send is used to:
- read and understand the requirement you have described
- reply to you by email, including where a requirement cannot be supported
- ask follow-up questions about category, quantity, timing or expectations
- keep a written record of what was asked and what was confirmed
- continue the conversation if you come back about a related requirement
Your information is not sold, rented, traded, added to a marketing list, used for automated profiling or used to send unsolicited commercial email.
Lawful basis
Two lawful bases apply under UK GDPR.
- Legitimate interests. When you send a business enquiry, responding to it is a normal and expected use of your details. The interest is straightforward: answering a commercial enquiry that you started.
- Consent. The consent checkbox on the enquiry form records that you understand an enquiry is not a confirmed order and that you agree to your details being used to reply. You can withdraw that consent at any time by email.
Where a legal or accounting obligation later requires a record to be kept, that obligation becomes the basis for keeping it.
Email communication
Replies are sent from the company email address. Email is not a fully secure medium in transit, so please avoid sending anything confidential or sensitive by email — that is a general property of email rather than a limitation of this company. Where an enquiry does not progress, correspondence is deleted once it no longer serves a purpose. Where an order has been agreed, records are kept for the period required by UK company and tax law.
Your rights
