What this website stores
Essential — your cookie notice choice
When you select Accept essential cookies, the value essential is saved
under the key nexoncore-cookie-consent in your browser's
localStorage. It contains no identifier, no personal information and nothing that
can be linked back to you. Its only function is to keep the notice hidden on subsequent visits.
It stays until you clear your browser storage.
This is exempt from the consent requirement in the sense that it exists only to record your own preference. If your browser blocks storage — for example in private browsing mode — the site works normally and the notice will simply appear again.
Essential — hosting and security
This is a static website. Pages are served as pre-built files, with no application session, no login and no server-side session cookie. The web host may process standard server logs (such as IP address, requested page, timestamp and user agent) for security, abuse prevention and to keep the site available. That is server-side logging rather than a cookie set on your device.
What this website does not use
- No Google Analytics or any other analytics platform
- No advertising, retargeting or conversion-tracking pixels
- No social media buttons, embeds, share widgets or tracking scripts
- No embedded video, map or chat widget
- No third-party fonts loaded from an external server — fonts are self-hosted
- No externally hosted images — all imagery is served from this domain
- No cross-site profiling, audience building or data sharing
Because there is nothing to opt into, the cookie notice has no toggles, categories or granular settings. Presenting choices that do nothing would be misleading.
The cookie notice
A notice appears at the bottom of the page on a first visit, explaining that essential storage only is used and linking to this page. Accepting it hides the notice and records that choice as described above. You can continue reading the site without accepting: no functionality depends on it, and nothing further is stored if you ignore the notice.
Managing or removing what is stored
You can clear the stored preference at any time by clearing site data for nexoncoregate.co.uk in your browser. Doing so makes the notice appear again on your next visit.
